How do we get started?

We offer most businesses an initial on-site discovery meeting at no charge provided it’s geographically feasible.  Otherwise we can work with you remotely to learn more about your business.  This initial meeting is the essential first step in developing a digital marketing plan and project road map, and at this time we provide full details and pricing.  If you decide to go ahead, the work beings immediately.

Would you customize a plan or program for our business?

Yes, of course.  We don’t suggest taking an out of the box solution, but we do provide some general pricing as a guideline of what to expect when you are marketing your business online. We also offer a custom services tool, so you are in charge of choosing what works best for your unique business.

Do you offer graphics design services?

Yes, we offer many different options for graphics design.  We have many different talented people that always offer their unique take on graphics projects so you can pick and choose from each design idea.

Can I upgrade after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up for any of our plans.  In addition, you can choose to remove certain elements of our plans provided they don’t interfere in the overall goal of getting you found online.  We will walk you through the entire process to make it less confusing and so you understand all the implications.

Can you manage my WordPress website updates?

Yes we offer full website management, from hosting to backup and disaster recover, plugins and theme upgrades.  We can even update your content for you!  Have us do what we do best, while you do what you do best!
